What happens after you reach out

When you send us a message, it goes to a real person on our team, not a ticketing queue. On a weekday you can expect a reply the same day, usually within a couple of hours. If your matter is time-sensitive — a condition deadline, a closing date that just moved, a lender waiting on confirmation — call or text and we will treat it that way.

To get you a quote quickly, it helps to include a few basics: whether you are buying, selling, refinancing, or transferring title; the property’s city; your closing date if you have one; and whether a mortgage is involved. None of it is required to start a conversation, and nothing you send commits you to anything.
